By using CrewFields, you agree to these Terms.

PURPOSE

CrewFields is a business operations app for service companies. It helps companies manage clients, employees, requests, jobs, schedules, documents, estimates, invoices, messages, photos, receipts, expenses, payroll records, vehicles, maps, reviews, QR access, notifications, AI-assisted drafts, company portals, and CrewFields Connect.

CrewFields is a tool for recordkeeping and workflow. It does not replace professional judgment, business review, or qualified legal, tax, payroll, accounting, safety, insurance, engineering, or compliance advice.

ACCOUNTS

Companies are responsible for account information, usernames, passwords, recovery emails, staff access, device security, and all activity under their account. Staff users must only access information they are authorized to use.

CLIENTS

Clients may use CrewFields for free to find companies, access company portals, scan company QR codes, send job requests, upload photos and documents, message companies, leave real reviews, and participate in CrewFields Connect.

BUSINESS PLANS

Businesses with 1 to 5 employees may use CrewFields for free, including 200 AI Assistant messages per month and 500MB of storage, with no time limit.

Paid monthly plans for larger teams: Growth (6-10 employees) is $14.99/month with 500 AI messages/month and 5GB storage. Pro (11-20 employees) is $24.99/month with 1,000 AI messages/month and 15GB storage. Business (21-40 employees) is $39.99/month with 2,000 AI messages/month and 40GB storage. Businesses with 41+ employees can contact us for a custom plan.

A one-time AI Message Top-Up (100 extra messages, $3.99) is available on any plan when the monthly AI limit is reached.

Subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled through your Apple ID / App Store account. You can review the plan title, length, and price in the app before purchasing, and manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

Each company is responsible for estimates, invoices, reports, payroll summaries, time cards, exports, and documents it creates, and for prices, measurements, materials, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, employee permissions, labor compliance, client contracts, and vehicle tracking compliance.

CrewFields does not provide legal, accounting, tax, payroll, labor, insurance, engineering, medical, safety, or financial advice.

PAYMENTS, INVOICES, VENMO, AND PAYROLL

CrewFields may help create invoices, estimates, payment records, Venmo QR and payment references, due-date reminders, payroll summaries, and expense records. Companies are responsible for verifying amounts, payment details, taxes, and payroll accuracy.

CrewFields does not process Venmo payments directly and is not responsible for third-party payment apps, payment disputes, or incorrect payment information entered by a company.

MAPS, VEHICLES, AND TRACKING

CrewFields may display maps for jobs, requests, clients, manual locations, and vehicles. Companies may configure optional Traccar GPS tracking and are solely responsible for the legality, notice, consent, and accuracy of vehicle or location tracking.

CrewFields is not an emergency tracking, theft-recovery, or real-time navigation system.

REVIEWS

Reviews must be truthful and based on real customer experiences. Users may not create, buy, sell, manipulate, suppress, or publish fake or misleading reviews.

CREWFIELDS CONNECT AND USER CONTENT

CrewFields Connect is a community feed where companies, authorized employees, and clients can share posts, updates, photos, videos, comments, likes, and saves. Anyone who posts or comments is solely responsible for the content they share.

You may not post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, contains nudity, violates a third party’s privacy or rights, impersonates another person or business, or is spam, false, or misleading.

CrewFields uses automated filters, user reports, and manual review to screen, hide, disable, or remove posts and comments that appear to violate these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate them. Users can report or hide posts and comments at any time; content reported multiple times may be automatically disabled pending review. CrewFields does not guarantee that all content is reviewed before it is visible to other users, and is not responsible for user-submitted content.

Messages, photos, and videos you send or receive through CrewFields messaging are subject to these same responsibility and prohibited-content rules, even when they are private between the sender and recipient rather than posted to CrewFields Connect.

COMPANY QR CODES

CrewFields can generate QR codes for a company’s profile, portal, or services. Scanning a company’s QR code may open that company’s own website, booking page, or online profile, which is controlled by the company and not by CrewFields. CrewFields is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party website or page reached through a QR code.

SYNC AND DELETED DATA

CrewFields syncs company data, including requests, jobs, messages, and CrewFields Connect content, across a company’s authorized devices. When a user deletes an item, it is removed from synced devices going forward and is not guaranteed to be recoverable. CrewFields is not responsible for data lost due to deletion, sync delays, or connectivity or device issues.

AI

CrewFields AI helps draft business documents and operational content, and may extract suggested receipt or document fields. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. The company must review and approve all AI output before relying on it.

PROHIBITED USE

Do not use CrewFields for illegal activity, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, data theft, fake information, malware, unlawful tracking, deceptive billing, fake reviews, or violations of third-party rights.

AVAILABILITY

CrewFields may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or business reasons. Third-party services such as Firebase, Apple services, AI providers, Traccar, and maps have their own terms and limitations.
